You have 14 days after you receive your product to make a return .To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER:
When we try to deliver the goods to our customers as quickly as possible, we will prepare the shipment for shipment from the moment the customer places the order. For this reason, we cannot accept any cancellation request after placing the order. Thanks for your understanding.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I place a return or exchange?
If you wish to exchange your product, you have 14 days after receiving it to do so. Please keep in mind that to exchange your product must be unused and in its original packaging you will need to send it to us at your expense. What’s your return policy?
All returns must be processed within 14 days of receiving the order.
To place a return, or if you are having trouble making a return within the 14 day timeframe, please reach out to contact@Tebubble.com.
Order # must be provided to place a return, and you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.
How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at contact@Tebubble.com and we’ll be sure to get you the Tebubble item you ordered!
What’s your return process if i’m not happy with the product?
Yes within 14 days after receiving your package. Here are your packing instructions:
- Securely pack the items in a box.
- Affix the mailing label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.
- Use the address listed and affix the appropriate amount of postage.
- Ship package from your nearest post office or shipping company of your choice.
DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL:
if your product arrived damaged, please take photos and videos and send them to our customer support at contact@tebubble.com. After verification of the support and confirmation of the case, you will have two options: we will send you a new product or give you a 100% refund.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
