You have 14 days after you receive your product to make a return at your own cost, there will be no restocking fees.Read conditions below:
CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER:
When we try to deliver the goods to our customers as quickly as possible, we will prepare the shipment for shipment from the moment the customer places the order. For this reason, we cannot accept any cancellation requests after placing the order. Thanks for your understanding.
THE PRODUCT NEVER ARRIVED:
our estimate of the shipping time is between 7-10 days, not counting the preparation and shipping of the products which is between 1 to 3days, so please if your products have not arrived max 15 days Please give it more time up to 25 days max as there are some situations we cannot control like weather, mail delay,s, and customs. If your products have not arrived after 25 days, we will give you a 100% refund instantly.
DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL:
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
You have 30 days after the arrival of your product to report any problem with your product, please submit a problem report.
The return address is set by default to the Tebubble facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks. If Printful’s facility isn’t used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.
Wrong Address – If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
WRONG PRODUCT:
If you received the wrong product, you have 30 days to return it to us at your expense and we will give you a 100% refund.
